Hi, I just started the regimen this morning with Daniel Kern's products, and the Benyzol Peroxide came in a tube. I was a little confused with how much to use because the pictures show to use two finger lengths of it by 2-4 weeks, but the bottle says to use just one finger length by 6 weeks. Please answer and tell me how much Bp you use, thank you so much.
How Much Bp Should I Use?

I started the regimen using a finger length of BP which allowed for a nice even coverage.
You could start of using a finger length and see how your skin copes.

You should start using just the tip of your finger's length. Gradually work up to a full finger length by week 6. Never more than that. Not 2 fingers. You need to start slow and work up to it because your skin needs to adjust to the bp. If you start with a fingers length you will have VERY dry red flaky itchy skin and will be miserable. Start slowly.
You may be confused because if you have the pump bottle, you use 2 pumps as the full amount (week 6+), but with the tube, you use 1 fingers length (week 6+). It works out to the same amount.

Totally agree with Swj48, start really slow. One finger length in the first week is too much and you may end up chemically burning your skin, and increase the chances of having a red face skin reaction. There is no avoiding the dry skin I'm afraid, its just a part of the first month of the regimen, but certainly starting slowly and building up will ensure that the dryness and flakiness is reduced.
Follow Dan's instructions exactly, don't add additional products, be gentle and patient and you will be rewarded. Before you apply the first application, have another watch of his video instructions again so you can be sure that you are doing the regimen exactly.
Good luck!
