Thanks! I just looked into it, and I'm not sure if it's going to be worth the risks, since I have dark skin. And plus my parents would never agree to it, haha. But thank you!

Here's what it looks like now; http://i51.tinypic.com/14uc5lk.jpg

it's faded for the most part in real life, but it's impossible to ignore in photographs... I'm gonna be patient with the bio oil though.

yeah you would have to ask if they could do it on your skin type but the good thing is if you ever did want to do it, its totally non-invasive and its not a laser or anything so its not dangerous. you would just have them do a spot test first. it does look better though in the last pic Posted Image

added week 4 of bio oil on to the collage:

definitely getting better, but today, someone took a picture of me with flash, and i was mortified by the obviousness of the spot. in the picture it showed up as a huge maroon blotch on my nose.

but i think it'll be gone completely in a couple of more weeks:)

uh oh... Yesterday, I applied apple cider vinegar diluted with water on it, and i guess it was too much for it to handle, because there are bleeding pores :( However, I noticed the dark brown pigment is pretty much gone after one application of apple cider vinegar! Will these bleeding pores turn into scabs and just kind of flake off within the next few days?? What should I do?

Personally, I would put a bit on neosporin and zinc oxide (diaper rash cream) on it... then cover it with a tiny bandaid before I went to bed. It will prob also help the dark spot. I've never had a problem with either of those thing breaking out my skin, it only helps it :)

happy to announce that it's pretty much gone :) i don't even notice it unless i look for it, and it literally seems to have vanished. you can still see it a little bit in photos because of the lighting, but it's a lot better than what it used to look like - a big black hole on my nose.

bio oil, witch hazel toner, and a bit of lemon juice helped. i've used the bio oil for a month and a half. witch hazel toner (from dickinson's - about 5$) for the past two weeks, and lightly applying lemon juice on it as well.
i am never picking at a pimple AGAIN. it took FOUR long months to get this thing off my face.
