Hello rpg90, I don't know how old you are, but your acne appears to be caused by stress and irritants you are putting into your body.
My recommendations would be to avoid the current stressors in your life, by not thinking about them and seeking more beneficial environments and hobbies, to begin jogging for 20 minutes a day while you deep breathe the whole time followed by a good stretching session for 20 minutes while you also do slow deep breathing, this will clear your system through sweat. Do not wash the sweat off your body! This is your bodies best form of cleansing, no products compare to your own deep pore cleansing sweat. Also, stop eating any sugars at all, even fruits. If you need to eat grain do it, but it is also a sugar and does cause acne. Stop eating hard to digest foods until you see your acne is better. Even after that would be good because really that food only harms a body. Basically until you are happy with your skin, eat only simple vegetables, and fish that is baked or broiled, nuts, avacados, etc. Basically, if you want perfect skin eat an alkaline diet. And for extra nutrients start taking spirulina. Also, get some digestive enzymes now, take one or two a day. Drink plenty of water. Your acne will be gone in a month or two if you do this, and you don't have to spend any money on a dermatologist or a naturopath. You're welcome.
If you are having sex w/ a person stop now until after you are clear and after you know their body is sanitary. Also, do not masturbate, it will cause your acne to be worse, it's just simple acne economics. If you have too much of an urge to masturbate then you need to stop eating such irritating foods and being around the stressors in your life. Good luck!
