Iv been useing my aha amlaction 12% lotion on my forhead so far so good, i dont usually break out there but since getting off my BC iv got a few spots. now im trying it on my main breakout area, chin and mouth area.
Can you use aha every night? or is that to much.
Iv only used this lotion to clear up my KP and it worked wonders. Any thoughts on useing aha lotion?

I use AHA every night and it works fine. I wouldnt use it in the morning bc it tends to flake, esp if you apply makeup

AHA can definitely be used every evening, but just make sure that you ease into it gently and don't aggravate your skin. Maybe try using it every three days, then every two and then every evening. At any sign of irritation, give it a break for a few days.

And make sure you use a good sunscreen as AHA can increase your skin's sensitivity and likelihood of burning!
