Hi guys.. Im on Accutane for already three months,.Here is my dosage..

isotane 10mg 3x a day for 3 weeks
Isotane 10mg 2x a day for 2 weeks
Isotane 10 mg once a day for 2 weeks
Isotane 10 mg every other day for 2 weeks
Isotane 10 mg 2x a week

Am i correct that accutane is prescribed for i think 5-6 months?? Coz my derm said that were already at the end of treatment .. Just wondering how long is the accutane course?? Thanks guys in advance )

well i dont know your weight or height, or severety of acne, but typically the treatment is based on your weight and it does last for about six months, im on 20mg two times daily, for six months, i weigh 126 lbs and im 5'7, it sounds like your on a smaller dose as well. i would ask derm why so short and why such a small dose, hope this helps
