If it pops by itself it shouldn't be bad at all, I would assume.

Likelihood of scarring is reduced if it pops on its own.

I too have a related question: IF a pimple that is drying up/ soliding pops and there is No blood ( no red liquid at all) does this mean it wont scar?
So.. Blood= Scar
No Blood = No scar?
So.. Blood= Scar
No Blood = No scar?
