ok so today i went to the store to grab a face cleanser and i was kinda appealed by for men dove body and face wash and when i came home i tried it on my face, now my face is sooooooooooooooooooooo tighhhhhhtt and dry -_- i should have bought clean and clear deep action cream cleanser which did miracles for me.. gonna head back and buy that

any suggestions on what i should look for in a face cleanser... the clean and clear had very little ingredients and it had salicylic acid so i bought it

Good call on the no foaming! Most products that foam contain SLS, which should be avoided at all costs.

If clean and clear worked well for you before then try it again. I like to run everything I buy through EWG's skindeep database, it's something worth checking out for anyone whose concerned for their skin (everyone on this site?), especially long term.

I tend to have a strong reaction to SLS as well. I have avoided it for many years.

yes i will try to avoid anything that foams, although im gonna keep the dove body wash just for my body and buy something that isnt too harsh for my face
