I know taking antibiotics is really bad for you in a lot of ways.
But i have a urinary tract infection and it wont go away, i am having to take a course of antibiotics to kill it and make sure it doesnt spread to my kidneys and cause more problems.
So i have been taking Nitrofurantoin antibiotic for this.
Is there anything i can do to lessen the impact of this antibiotics on my health and/or help to heal the damage being caused by the antibiotics? Help!

Thanks Karen!
I know antibiotics cause candida problems though :(
Anyone know if there is any way to avoid candida problems etc and stomach problems during/after a course of antibiotics?

cranberry, couch grass, boldo leaf, and ursi urvi are all good for kidneys, just fyi. I have an herbal kidney tonic I mix with water that supports healthy kidney function.
