my first week is so hard, i feel that i am killing my skin, but as the days go on i feel lots of changes, i feel little by little clearing.. i am so happy that the regimen is now working, i am doing my best to perform it precisely and use the products that are indicated, i read also many things on Dans Blog, Thanks to him, I hope that in the next few weeks i will be having a healthy skin>.... to all the starters in the regimen ,try to be patient and also do it with love and care. follow me in my blog at *Moderator edit - URL removed. Keep going strong and don't veer off track. The first month is tough but for many people you are pretty damn clear if not 100% clear by week 5-6 and then can start changing things up and becoming more relaxed about it. But discipline during the first month is a must.
