Im going to be honest with you. That is an easy fix. Just get some restylane for a while or something. That is nothing. You look awesome. But on a more realistic note, if something so small bothers you so greatly, you may find yourself having quite a hard time in this world. As hard as it may seem, that kind of self-absorption is bad. Their are people of this website who would trade places with you in a millasecond. Im not saying your wrong for wanting to improve yourself. What im saying is that your already gorgeous, and this skin thing can easily become an obsession. I would hate to think someone as good looking as you would even waste a minute worrying about such a small problem.

I would kill for just that. The entire right side of my face is royalled f-ed up due to some bad acne treatment advice a long time ago, and my left side ain't no picnic either.
That being said, there a TON of different treatments for treating just small spots, so this is in your favor. You can do a single-spot lasers, you can do all sorts of injections/fillers, you can do acid peels in just that spot. There's a lot to work with.

Yeah, honestly you look beautiful Emily. If you want to pursue something, look at fillers, restylane or juverderm but, there is no quick fix and th emore serious you make this, the mor emoney it is, and you cannot cheap it out. Don't stay in. You must go out, you must love yourself, and have fun like girls your age. It isn't easy and its difficult. I can say as a guy to battle acne, it sucks but, it could be much worse.
In all honesty, if you didn't post the picture, I wouldn't even had noticed. Your beautiful so, go out, have fun, and forget all this.

It looks like the inflammation from your pimple atrophiated the skin. Use a 1.5 mm dermastamp on your indentation to trigger collagen production. It can take several months to see resutls. Saline injections may also help. There is no quick fix, except for having fillers, but they only last for several months and they cost a lot of money.

I have a few scars very similar to yours and fillers didn't really work for it. It is hard to get the placement right for small one's and they can't get enough filler under their without causing a major bump to have it last longer that a week. At least that is my experience. I had another doctor confirm the other day that it is very hard to do fillers for scars like that. He wants me to do laser, but I said no, so he gave me strong microderm and 70% salicylic acid peel. It won't get rid of the scarring but will help with the borders.
I think you could try saline injections. You can read up on it on the forums here. Also needling with a good topical right after could help. But just heed everyone's advice and prevent further scars, because I have quite a few now and it sucks!

My daughter has a virtually identical indent on her cheek (caused by a acne cyst)- same place as yours and she has had it about the same length of time as you. We have an appointment with a dermatologist in a couple of months. I would love to hear what your dermatologist says to you- please do come back and let us know!
