Hello all, I'm posting from Japan! (but I'm not Japanese...) I've been lurking for a long time and finally decided to join. I've had cystic acne on and off (but mostly on) about 6 years now. Tried antibiotics, retin-a, birth control pills, differen, duac, the acne.org regimen, hollistic methods, and more. Now I'm trying to start the Candida diet, and I'm going to a new dermatologist in 2 days. Any help is appreciated!
