I have had cow milk without a problem last year (can't say it was bad or good for my skin though as I didn't pay attention)
Once I switched to pasteurized goat milk, I tried store bought cow milk once more and had messy bathroom trips, stomach pain, and acne. I wasn't able to tolerated regular cow milk anymore. I never had problem with goat milk even though I gulped it down a lot (compared to the recommendation that milk should be sipped).

I tried raw cow milk hoping that it will be better than store bought, but it doesn't seem any different than store bought. I am getting acne, messy bathroom trips, and stomach pain. The person I bought it from told me the cows were Jersey with 100% A2 type of milk, and raised by the Amish. The only thing I don't know is if they were pasture raised.
I sip my milk and drink it with kefir, but still I get acne.

What am I doing wrong? Has anyone had this reaction to raw milk? I thought it was supposed to be better, I guess not.

Dairy is generally bad for acne either raw or pasteurized. Try almond/coconut/rice/soy milk instead.

I disagree. Grass fed cow butter in general has helped my acne tremendously, and I also eat the raw cow butter that I get from the Amish. I only have problem with their cow milk. Adding goat dairy has made me healthier and I can feel it. But the raw cow milk (or cow milk in general).. I am just surprised I thrive on the pasteurized butter but fail to accommodate raw milk.

I get severe reactions from soy and I am allergic to anything almond (I loved the taste though).

I already use coconut milk as well and I love it, but I am not fond of rice milk.

Diary contains hormones...Soy contains hormones.. They both cause acne.

Have you tried eliminating dairy? Have you tried eliminating gluten? Both?

Worth a try.

I eliminated gluten but rice and sourdough doesn't give me any reaction.
I eliminated dairy before and it worked. Goat dairy and cow butter doesn't give me any reaction so I still use them as they actually seem to help me. Cow milk is the only thing I am having a problem with.

Drinking a complete raw milk isn't recommended.
You can boil it, I know it sounds goofy but boiling it kills the bacteria and its more natural and drinkable.

My family drinks a milk tea. No one in my family has acne except me even though I stopped drinking milk.

Try a dairy enzyme whenever you have cow's milk, if it's the only one giving you problems. There are a couple different ones that help your body break down substances like milk, starchy vegetables, gluten, etc. for those who want to help what most people consider "cheat foods" (not necessarily in your case, especially if you feel dairy helps you) get processed easier.

Also there's no harm in avoiding it for a while then bringing it back in teeeeensy amounts.

or just make kefir with it. It eats up most of the lactose, decreases the IGF-1, has good probiotics and tastes great!

The hormone theory makes sense. I heard that all cows, even totally natural ones, have hormones because of pregnancy or lactation. I thrive on the butter because the hormone resides in the watery part of milk, not the fats.
On the other hand, I've heard that raw milk from grass fed, naturally raised cow is superior. I do believe in the 'milk is medicine' quote, and heard stories about people thriving on such milk. I guess cow is simply not for me, even though I thrive on goat milk. I even tried making kefir with pasteurized, store bought cow milk but even then it gave me really bad reaction.

Funny how my body began rejecting cow milk only after I withdrew from it for a month. I decided to cut out cow milk for good, I am giving the rest of my milk to my friends..

From what I understand (meaning I could be wrong) but lactose is sugar in our bodies, so maybe that is why you are having a reaction. Anything that causes blood sugar changes can give you acne. I've heard raw cow's milk is supposed to be extremely good for you but like someone else posted you could try introducing it in very tiny amounts to see if your body can adapt to it, if it is not the sugar you are reacting to.

I react perfectly fine to sugary foods, I eat loads of honey (relative to others) and once in a while I add raw sugar to my food. I don't react. I am okay with potatoes, fruits, and vegetables with sugar in them too. As long as the sweet food is natural or minimally processed, it helps me.

I think it's the hormones or the casein in cow that I am reacting to.

I tried everything to integrate the cow milk. I heard milk has to be sipped and not drunk like water (as milk is food, not a beverage). So I kept milk in my mouth so the bacteria can process it, and then drank them. Little by little. I still got reactions though. It took me an hour to drink a cup of milk, for example. Still didn't help. ):
