Hi,
I'm 17 and I've been dealin with my acne since I was 13.
I have noticed that whenever I go on vacation with my family, my acne seems to just disappear! I think it may be a combination of all the salt water from the oceans and the lack of stress when I'm on vacations. What should I do to relieve stress from peers/school? Should I excercize more? What foods should I eat to help?
Here's my daily regime:
Morning: Cetaphil Cleanser, Clean&Clear Dual Action Moisturiser, sunblock SPF 50
Night: Cetaphil Cleanser, Tazorac Cream
I'm pretty consistent with what I do, why does my acne keep coming back?

Try doing as much as you can like you do on vacations! Exercising more, eating well, laughing, swimming (chlorinated pools can help with acne). Your daily regime is good. Do you eat anything different when at home?...ie more dairy, sugar, junk food?
