Hi ive noticed that alot of times but not always , my skin starts to itch before a pimple comes in like its almost as if its a mosquito bite kind of itch. for example sometimes you look in the mirror fast and u dont notice a pimple but than later in the day ill get that itchy feeling and ill look closely in the mirror to see that a pimple is on its way. does this itchyness mean anything? maybe im allergic to something which is causing my acne?

Yep I get that too. I think it's just the zit forming under your skin that's itchy.

There could be a whole heap of factors, including what thrillpink suggested about a zit forming underneath the skin.

Perhaps you can use it to your advantage though? Apply a spot treatment to the area before it fully forms.
