Whole wheat bread- It's not a very healthy option tbh, especially if you have gluten intolerance. U may try gluten free breads tho.
cheese-no and no
oranges- it can cause cysts in some pple
Cheerios with Skim Milk (rarely)- your body doesn't need it
Any food from microwave isn't healthy.

The basis of any diet should consist of FRESH FOODS that are PERISHABLE. So if the majority of foods you are buying have extremely long shelve lives, your body probably doesn't need it.

Lots of fruits and vegetables (if you have glucose issues, tick with low GI fruits such as apples, berries)

If you need to do wheat, try sproated bread - Ezekiel makes great options

Quinoa (a great substitue for rice)

Oats (good substitute for cereal)

Almond or Coconut Milk (in place of Dairy)

Protein(a variety of wild salmon, chicken, beef, turey - organic if you can).

Stay away from things that have multiple ingredients!

Also, a lot of people suggest that if you are going to play food detective for your acne, cut out:

Dairy
Wheat (gluten)
Soy

Good Luck with your process!

It varies how 'bad' it is, but bread and cherios are never 'good' and shouldn't be a big part of your diet. And you should try avoiding wheat/gluten completely for at least am month. All grains, and possibly all seeds for more than a month if you have any digestion issues, lots of allergies, prone to illness or fatigue, etc.

Frozen chicken nuggets? Learn to cook.

Basic good food is fruit, vegetables, meat, chicken, fish, eggs, herbs, spices, teas, etc. And the animal products should be from pastured animals as much as possible. Fish should usually be wild caught, not farmed, but that depends on the fish.

All the advice here is good. Try eating a big salad for dinner every night. A different one every night. I usually do:

raw lettuce (romaine, red, or green leaf)
a cooked green (chard, kale, collards)
a homemade dressing (I do raw vegan ranch the most but also love french, oil n vinegar, and vegan cheese)
avocado
live sprouts

And whatever other random stuff I want like olives, tomatoes, vegan nut/seed cheese (you may want to avoid at first), cabbage, sometimes some grilled zucchini or something.

Then a few nights a week I have grass fed beef with the above. Sometimes I have a cooked sweet potato or occasionally an egg. Sometimes just the salad. A few nights a week I make a hot soup or a bowl of black beans and sour cream (vegan).

Just some ideas for you. :)

More advice! hah

Cut dairy and minimize intake of meats. You need fruits high in antixiodant, try to add super food like goji berries. If not, you can just add blueberries, strawberries, and other berries. Add more veggies, I suggest a big salads at least twice a day! Romaine lettuce is almost as good as spinach. It is considered leafy green.
Eat whole grains in moderation, try to buy sprouted grains as they contain enzymes, you'll digest it better.
Add raw nuts/seeds. If you make smoothie, try buying sprouted chia seeds powder and 100% raw hemp protein powder. These are nutritious! and contains high quality protein.

Make smoothies!! It makes your body digest it easier, so they don't work hard!! Especially if raw !

Good luck!! I am a vegan who mostly eat raw food and I feel GREAT. I'm always happy, in a good mood.. my skin looks smooth (I broke out last week, so I have some redness...) But it is healing so quick.

PS: IF you can't cut down empty-calorie foods, at least make sure to consume a food that contain fiber, enzymes(protein), oe starch to digest. Still unhealthy, but at least your body won't work hard. Posted Image

I get my organic beef at stores like whole foods. Any healthier or more upscale type market should have organic meats. Maybe even some more mainstream markets, but probably not places like wal mart.

For me it would be sticking to brown rice for carbohydrates, eggs, fish, chicken and beef for protein, lots and lots of vegetables -- greens, tomato, onion, etc. and occasional fruit -- mainly tangerines and melon -- and just water for my drink all the time.

A lot of people are telling you to cut out gluten. This can really help but please be aware that sometimes people who cut out gluten can never really reintroduce it back into their diets, it will make them physically sick. Gluten is also extremely difficult to cut out 100%...I have tried on several occasions.

drop the tuna, it has high mercury levels.

replace or in addition to the fruit, add carrots, red pepper, pumpkin, cayenne pepper and romaine lettuce and olives.

eat beans once in a while but prepare them properly to limit phytic acid.
