I've been on the Regimen for about 2 months but for a week or two i added in a few face masks and the like. Recently I've cut back on the BP because my skin has been flaking a lot. I've been rubbing jojoba oil after cleansing but before BP using this method:

I was hoping it would get rid of my flakes completely but it hasn't. At school everyone points out the dry flakes and it's embarassing. Anyway, this morning I cleansed my face and rubbed jojoba oil on to get rid of the flakes that appeared overnight. I then applied BP as usual and let it completely dry. I realised I forgot to apply moisturizer when I was on my way to the supermarket. A few hours later I realised that there weren't the usual flakes. In fact, there are very few. My face doesn't feel dry, tight or flaky at all because of the jojoba oil. I was wondering if it's okay to skip the moisturizer altogether because there is moisture from the jojoba which helps my skin to not be tight or flaky. (I would probably just apply moisturizer at night).
So, yeah, would skipping the moisturiser altogether affect the results of the regimen?

The reason you are flaky is because your skin is dry. The moisturizer is meant to counter that, so do not stop using the moisturizer. If anything, use less cleanser and/or BP since that's what can cause dryness. You also might want to try AHA, I use Alpha Hydrox brand. It works really well against flaky skin. I wouldn't recommend it for very dry and irritated skin though.
