so today my skin feels completely horrible, it doesnt look that bad as it used to a couple of months back..

i went on a few day no dairy diet and my skin was improving (NO whiteheads, i mean NO whiteheads or any acne, i just had a red face lol)

so now im starting it again, this time i have COMPLETELY eliminated dairy, so no more teas for me :( which i crave all the time.. going healthy now, no junk or all that garbage in my body, at the same limiting my sugar intake to minimal... ill keep you guys posted ;)

Two years ago I had pretty bad acne and a horrible fatty, sugary diet. I was overweight, etc. So I decided to go vegan(mostly for ethical reasons but also) because I wanted to see what no dairy would do to my face. It took a few months but my face got better and better. I did start taking better care of my skin at the same time, and my whole diet did improve, so Idk if it was really the dairy(or both?) I had no more pimples, but my skin still looked "clogged". But still, it was clear. This January, I started eating (a lot of) dairy again(and sugary, fatty things again) and the white heads/pimples are creeping back. Again Idk if it's a coincidence, but I need to get back on track. Idk what sparked this crisis after having no dairy for all of 2011.

I also did know a girl with flawless skin. Later I found out she was lactose intolerant. Interesting, huh?
