Hi!

I joined a few months ago but wasn't very active

I'm currently doing my second semester at University and have just started Accutane (I'm on day 19)

I'd appreciate it if the community could recommend some accutane blogs to me/give me advice/ introduce yourself so i know there's a helping hand (albeit virtual) if i need it over the course of the next four months!

I was on accutane 2x with six month intervals and it did not work for me unfortunatley, but everyone is different. Do not drink alcohol, a beer or glass of wine once a week or whatever is ok. Acne is mainly causes by diet and food allergy. Don't go tanning. Be sure to do the full cycle which use to be six months, but they may have increased that. Be sure to eat healthy and continue to when your off and I gurantee your skin will be clear.

drink water little and often

lip balm is a must have, at least 3 tubs at once, on at home, one in car, one at work

wash twice a day, no more and use a nice gentle soap, i use aloe vera soap bar and then apply cetaphil overnight to prevent my skin peeling off like a skab
