I am not sure if it is safe to use both.. I usually wash face first before applying anything on my face.. I use Dr. Bronner soap which makes my skin smooth.. but that enough isn't working to prevent break outs. I need something to prevent break outs and reduce redness and scarring from current zits which aloe vera can do that.

Is it OK to use both or can I use apple cider vinegar in the morning and aloe vera at night?

Or I should just drink ACV and just apply aloe vera on skin?

Hey!XD I suppose it depends how bad your skin is. You have to be realistic though, cos some people might think you have good skin whereas you think it's awful. I'd personally choose Aloe Vera. Just because I believe Acne is angry and red when irritated by things that are too harsh for it. So, surely the more gentle and time-taking we are with our skin, the more it will react the way we want it too. Could be good to drink the Apple Cider Vinegar and use the Aloe Vera because it's believed ACV helps to stop and prevent Arthritis :) Good Luck! x

Welcome to the forum! And thanks, I have decided to just apply aloe vera on my skin and it makes my skin look great, like not too red. Also, it minimize zits, they don't grow big, just small. Today was OK!! I think my skin is getting calmed. I do have good skin, it is so smooth. not oily nor dry. But having lots of zits in one area near my mouth is awful. I feel better today.

Thank you! It's nice to be on this Forum where everyone's in the same boat. My skin is similar, although my problem area is mainly on my forehead. Thankfully it's clearing up after Retin-a and Duac. I might have to try some Aloe Vera to smooth out my skin. So thank you :)

You should!! My skin feels great when I apply aloe vera. It dries my zits quick and it does reduce redness. Once I'm clear, I will just apply this like twice a week. I don't mind everyday as it makes my skin smooth. My skin was so bad yesterday and today it is much better. I saw big improvement. I'm glad I managed to stop using BP, even thought it worked super for me, but I decided to stop applying chemicals on my skin. Hopefully I don't break out tomorrow. If i don't, my skin will look better on Monday. Good luck!! I'm glad you're getting clear. Posted Image I'm actually playing games on the computer because I don't want to think about my skin problem! Playing games does really help 'cause stress is bad.
