So my skin became clear and smooth like a year ago, almost 2 years.. that's when i became a vegan. I used to break out with only 2-3 zits occasionally, usually around my mouth.. I don't break out on cheek or forehead at all. Then I stopped using proactiv like 2 months ago and my skin still looked smooth and clear and didn't broke out which was great!! Then last week, I started to break out like 3-4 big zits and I was like that's OK. They minimized and then broke out a lot with small zits around my mouth, it is still spreading.. I wonder if my face will be covered soon 'cause it keeps spreading! argh. I'm in my room hiding.. don't have confident to go out 'cause zits come up to my mind. Even though it is small zits, but too many.. I think I rather have lots of small zits then 2-3 big ones, but I dunno what's happening. You think it is 'cause I need BP? I'm going to try Apple cider vinegar with aloe vera (fresh) what you think of these? But I will try my best to be happy and not to think about it. I've been gaming for a while to forget about it. I always do that and it works.. ;\

this is usually what happens when you quit proactiv. or quitting any regimen for that matter. if you were using BP religiously for a long time and then just suddenly stopped, your face is going to get angry. have you tried dan's regimen? it's honestly the best thing i've ever used.
