its been one year and ive religiously followed dans regime using every single one of his products I am not sure what I'm doing wrong

My regime is as follows
morning - I cleanse with dans cleanser --> BP --> dan moistoreizer + jojoba oil
night - Cleanse with dans cleaser --> BP --> Dan's AHA cream

Also I'd like to note, ive constantly kept getting these bumpy pimples on my cheek area. I can't tell if theyre cystic or not but it has been reoccuring in the same area. Right after one dissapears another one soon appears. They have no visible whiteheads, its just hard and bumpy but i can tell something is inside of them. I also make sure i do not pick my face at all.

If anyone has any advice on what I can do or even what items i can incorporate into my regime, please feel free to give me advice
Thank you!

and heres a picture of my face and my problem area.

The two big red bumpy things are what im talking about and the rest are just scars from a long time ago. My whole face is clear except my cheek area. so i really want to fix this

EDIT: also id like to note that the amounts i use,

for BP i use two pumps and moisterizer i also use two pumps and 4 drops of jojoba oil

Do you use fabric softener when you do laundry? Purchase a fragrance free and natural detergent and DO NOT USE fabric softener when you dry your pillow sheets. Also, change sheets every couple of days. If its only on your cheek i bet your pillows have something to do with it!
