Hey everyone, so for quite some time (at least 2 years) I've had these red bumps all over my chin. No treatments I do seem to affect them, and I've never really noticed them getting worse, so I think they might be scars. I'm just realizing that they're very noticeable in brightly lit areas, and i'd really like to do something about them. They feel fairly normal, but kind of bumpy and scratchy. Can somebody tell me how to get rid of these, or at least what exactly they are?

Do you put your left hand on your chin when you're on computer? If so, doing that results in pimples/acne etc..Happens to me and I've stopped.
