Hi, I usually get some cystic acne and other blemishes... Not too severe but bad enough for it to mess with me booking gigs.
I perform doing contortion and within this first week of being on Accutane my face cleared up almost instantly - Earlier today while stretching I noticed that whenever I got up from a back bend or when from a contorted position to standing that I had an extreme pain in my chest and ribs that stuns me for a good bit.

My question is : can this be a side effect that is permanent or if I should just stop this instantly if I plan to keep on performing?

It's just temporary, it happened to me when I first started 40mg, when I worked out my chest felt tight and my back hurt then about a few weeks later it vanished. (80mg now and using heavier weights)

I had the same pain. Whenever I would stand up after bending down, I felt like my ribs were going to fall out. That pain is gone now, but currently (at the end of month 3) my knee and hips are killing me.
