Hello, I'm usually not all that outgoing in person, and I'm a little shy even right now, but I'm glad to be here with you all. I pretty much won the war on acne, but I would never assume I can't learn anything else. There is a lot of great information here I'm looking forward to learning and applying.

Mostly by using a pretty standard facial routine combined with healthy eating habits - lots of fresh food with only a few ingredients. Also getting out of my early teens sure helped. Thanks for asking!
