just when I'm in the clear, I break a sweat and the acne is back in full force. I wash my face before and after but it doesn't seem to help. What does everyone else do? I know I'm not the only one here that works out.

I run everyday or workout/lift weights and sweat a LOT! Sweating from my naive understanding is good for ya'll skin. !? I always wear a sweat band or hairband to pull my hair off my face and keep sweat off my forehead. As gross as this may sound..the worst outbreak ever! I mean ever that I ever had was caused my lack of washing my hair. I'm the girl that likes dirty bed head hair and a little texture. Gives my hair some va-va-voooooom. However, not so great when you work hard and sweat. Whether it was caused by dirty hair or product - IDK exactly. But if I work hard and sweat-hair gets a washin'. That's my opinion. FYI-no breakouts...since.

I have a normal routine for morning and night but before runs I just usually rinse with water to get any makeup off before and after I'll use a face wash again to start fresh. I'm probably just over-irritating everything but what else am I supposed to do.. not wear any makeup and leave sweat on my face? It's a lose lose.

The only thing that seems to help just the smallest bit is too rinse your face with cold water as soon as you get done running, it washes the sweat off and closes your pores. Its somthing that will help just a little.
