Heyy i'm new here and i just wanted to see if you guys can help me on what i'm doing wrong that's causing me to breakout on my neck, shoulders, chest, arms. but ZERO on my face.
Here are some things that i do:
I'm a 21 year old male, I work out and drink 1 scoop w/milk of a whey protein shake after my workout. And i eat a lot of fast food quite a few times a week like McDonalds, Taco Bell, etc.... But are these really the reasons why? How come other people drink protein shakes and stuff and they don't break out? Thanks !
