I didn't go to school yesterday or today because I have a huge inflamed pimple. I think it is better today than yesterday but it's still bad. I got some of the pus out but I think I hurt the skin pretty bad when I popped it.
Now it is really red and big. I am dying to go to school I don't want to miss another day. I don't care about the redness as much as I do about the big lump.
Should I use ice or warm compression?
Also, I have Differin, Duac, and Neosporin? Which would be best?

Aww I know how you feel
I fortunately don't really get those types of pimples too much, but when I do, it's seriously the worst thing ever! But honestly, I feel that neither warm nor cold compresses really help too much, but also they don't hurt. I would try to rotate between the two because they both do different things. Warm compresses help bring the pimple up to the surface while cold brings down the swelling. But the only thing that helps me get rid of those pimples is to pop it, let it scab up and then once the scab falls off, it's usually much better and on it's way to being completely gone. But neosporin works the best for me! it sorta helps shrink the pimple, but it's amazing once the pimple is scabbed over and since you said yours is really red from being popped, it should really help. I actually like to put huge globs on whatever i need to heal and massage it in, and then when I'm home I like to just let a huge glob sit there. I recently burned a little part of my face and i've been putting neosporin on it religiously since sunday, and it's completely not swollen anymore, and the mark is about 60 percent gone so it really does help.

you could also try honey. it has antibacterial properties in it and it helps heal red skin.
