and I two nights ago I woke up at two am with slight stomach pains and diarrhea, I also had a fever and my body shook, I also vomited once, through out the night I had diarrhea, the next morning I was a bit better but my body was weak...

Is this the Accutane? or just some weird 24 hour flu? I stopped taking Accutane for the past two mornings I don't have diarrhea and I feel better.

Just because you're taking accutane doesn't mean you should blame everything on it. I have a slight cold. Is that because of accutane? No. It is possible to get sick...
