What would you say these scars are? Are they rolling scars?

To me, most of them look like shallow indentations with irregular shapes (presumably from where there used to be clusters of acne?). My skin has a wavy/bumpy texture to it like an orange peel and many of these red marks are pretty fresh.

The texture of my skin looks really uneven and I was just wondering what I can do to give it a smoother appearance? When I stretch my skin, my scars almost disappear.

To those who have similar scarring. Will fillers help? Or an ablative laser?

Under different lighting conditions, my scars could look either really bad or like it wasn't there at all. It's driving me mad, but I've seen worse scarring. I'm really crossing my fingers here, hoping that my scars are treatable, what do you guys think could help?

No, they're not rolling, they're boxcar and a few ice picks, look up the definition of scars on this site, they're pretty helpful.

I have similiar scarring and I'm treating it with dermastamping, vitamin C, retin-A and fillers for some of the bigger ones. Dermastamping monthly with good topicals are your best bet I think.
