So I've decided that I'm going to the dermatologist soon, I'm completely fed up. I'm starting college soon and I really don't want a repeat of my high school experience. Basically college is my fresh start and I really want to be acne free by then. So I was wondering what can I expect from my visit. I'm telling my derm that I don't want any topicals and I have the a cyst or two every month, 30 or 40 whiteheads throughout the course of a month, I have tons of little blackheads, and very visibly clogged pores. Oh and I also have the ocassional cyst on my bag and I have about 20 pimples on my body a month. What do you suspect I'll be prescribed?

yep, for me I took tropical creams for 2 years, it was BP, then it was retin A micro- the worse tropical ever... then went on minocycline- had no effects ( it's different for everyone ) then accutane.
