Hello Everyone. I would like some advice on how to best treat my acne scars. I have suffered with the same scars for about 5 or 6 years and suffered from acne since I was 9. I have very fair skin. I have undergone 3 laser treatments and a 4th is going to be done this Thursday. The results have been decent, not a miracle or anything. I currently use aloe vera moisturizer and cutivate to treat my eczema and I have also been using retin A for the past year and a half which has had no effect on my scars, but has help my acne itself. I would just like some advice on what to add or remove from my regimen to help reduce the redness and dissipate it. Thanks in advance, sorry if I wasn't detailed enough, this is my first post here. (Picture related: For some reason the picture seems to have made the redness a little worse then it actually is haha but its is of course similar, I also have some mild eczema at the moment.)

the indented scars would be best treated with perhaps some sort of excision. i dont see resurfacing doing much for them.

Wait till the red dies down and it will look better. Maybe subcision. fillers or excision
