I've been taking vitamin B5 everyday now for 2 weeks ( I've worked my way up to 4g a day). However, I ran out and because of the recent snowstorm and everything, I don't know when I'll be able to get more. Is it ok if I skip one or two days? My skin has definitely been less oily since I started taking it and my back has cleared significantly but will this all be reversed if I take a small break?
Any help is greatly appreciated!
