I recently upped my dosage of Accutane, I'm on month three now and I've been having a very dry nose, that clots and bleeds. But I've also had pressure in my ears and difficulty swallowing....have you guys had that ? It's really annoying.

I have had the same pressure behind my ears.. As for the dry nose and nose bleeds, those are fairly common side affects i wouldnt be too worried about.

Has the pressure behind your ears gone, or did you have to stop accutane?

Any pressure should be taken seriously, because Accutane can increase pressure on the brain, and that can cause blindness and deafness. I haven't had pressure behind the ears, but your throat and nose problems are caused by the dryness, which is normal.
