Yea they will heal in time. They're just spots left after acne.

no no you are very lucky those are not scars at all!

people get these confused alot these are often called 'red marks' almost everyone gets them, they are post marks left after acne. normally they take longer to go away if you had a pimple that you picked at. if you didnt mess with the acne at all whilst it was on the face it should heal within a matter of a month. a lot of people try to use chemical creams to speed up the process but ive found that any kind of cream never helps. the skin should heal itself naturally over time. unfortunately these sometimes tend to look worse than the acne itself because they linger for so long..

any way not to worry! they will be gone in a bit!
