Dermify and acnomel work great for cysts. You can order them on the internet. Hamons beauty supply store sells acnomel but dermify you have to order off the internet. Also are you aware that antobiotics can cause candida which destroys the good bacteria/flora in you stomach (gives you leaky gut) which can cause acne. I had it and went on the candida diet last year, October 2011, and took probiotics and the other supplements that the candida diet recommended and after about a month i haven't had 1 cyst since. Not saying you have it but ya never know. Also some people say Zinc cleared them up. Lots of options but you have to do your research.
Did you ever consider it being hormonal and going to an ob/gyn for birth control?

I e been seeing a derm for years now I suffer bad from cystic acne I take antibiotic 2x a day ( mynocicln ) I'm not sure how to spell it off the top of my head. I also use differen cream at night I currently have 3 cysts on my face one on the tip of my nose that makes me look like freaking Rudolph I sware I have tried everything I'll be 23 next mon I wish I wasn't still dealing with this I HATE looking in the mirror I HATE my face! I've had the injections before from my derm I have redness and scarring I've tried toothpaste to dry it up heat to bring it to a head ice to reduce the redness Tylenol for inflammatory I'm just so discouraged I don't know what to gain by writing all this but at least I'm getting it off my chest and there are others out there like me trying to live with this
