Upon reading a lot of success stories concerning this diet, I decided to try it. I got my wisdom teeth pulled a few weeks ago and was heavily reliant on dairy products like pudding and ice cream. But I've been feeling better lately and I think I'm back to normal.

It's my third day without dairy. I know people are going to say that I need to give it some time for better results, but I actually got a few new pimples near my eyebrows. I'm not so sure if this is going to work.

Plus, giving up dairy hasn't been the easiest. I've been mostly replacing milk with soda and water. But I'm a teenager going to college. When I get home from school, there's usually not much to eat but frozen pizza and sandwiches. I'm not going to eat a sandwich without cheese and and frozen pizza contains a lot of cheese (even though it's a 'vegetable').

I've been eating pop tarts for breakfast and eating peanut butter and jelly after school along with potato chips. I'm worried that I'm just replacing these dairy products with more bad food for my skin. Any help? What should I be eating?
