Not sure where to post this, but I most commonly get CYSTIC acne so I figured in here(?) Maybe this is an issue that leads to my cysts..

My nose is covered in these little bumps that *feel* like dry skin. The pores around my nose are noticeably larger. It almost appears as if this is actually blocked/raised pores? When I look closely, I can see that some of my pores have these little white flecks of (possibly) raised dead skin.... Yes yes, very unsettling/gross.

Is this dry skin, blocked pores, or both? How does one get rid of this?

I wash daily with a gentle cleanser, and at night I exfoliate a tad with a washcloth. I can't just "scrub" it off, this doesn't work and also scrubbing aggravates my skin.
