Hello been on here a long time ago when i had really bad acne and now its clearing up, been using BP from proactive and exfoliating my skin with clean and clear cotton pads that you put on a vibrating device and rub it around to take off dead skin. Then put salicylic acid on trouble spots, but i can never achieve clear skin Posted Image . Still have pimples pop up, white heads/blackheads, and scars from past acne. I need some pointers on the getting rid of the dark spots from acne on my nose, and how to get rid of white heads then ill have confidence again. Best of luck to everyone elseeeee.

Hey Smexy! It's nice to see you've kinda cleared up. I have the same exact problem like you, the dark spots. Hyperpigmentation. What helps me, is taking efficient amounts of vitamins. Vitamin A/B-complex and C are all helping me to achieve a nice skin tone, shrink my pores, get rid of all the excess oil, making all the fine lines a bit less obvious and making your skin look a lot more youthful. I've had these dark spots on my nose and cheeks for quite a while and since taking these vitamins (for about a week), I can seriously see them fade. I hope it helps. You can get enough of those vitamins in fruits and veggies. If you're willing to take supplements (which I do), be careful on the vitamin A, because this one is fat-soluble and it stores in your liver, which raises the chance of toxicity exponentially. Vitamin B-complex and C are water-soluble, overdosing on those are almost impossible, because you'll pee them right out if your body doesn't need them.

Im going to take my multi vitamins again then Shello! I want to have the skin peel and renew again but if vitamins are the key ill do that. Just started working out again hopefully it pumps oil out and unclogs my skin some. All that sounds great, with the shrining pores and getting rid of oil, thanks for the pointers and the motivation, i hope you're doing great too!

Thanks! However, I should point something out. A multivitamin is probably not going to help you. You'll need to take supplements in its' "original" form, such as vit. A/B-complex and C. Multivitamins are good, but probably not good enough to shrink your pores and reduce oil production, just because it doesn't have a lot of vitamin A/B or C in ratio to the original forms!

Tea tree oil really works for acne spots but, only use on the area need because it can REALLY dry out skin.
