Hey,

I was just wondering how much vitamin a Rose Hip contains. I bought some time release vitamin c and it has some Rose Hip in it. I was just wondering if anyone knows, or if someone can point me in the right direction.

Anyone?

I have looked up a good amount of stuff, but I am having no luck.

Thanks so much!

It is a natural supp that has vitamin c in it. Though most people say that it does not have much vitamin c once it reaches "pill form".

It probably has beta-carotene, which is a plant-based precursor to vitamin A. You need vitamin A to begin with in order to make more of it from beta-carotene (found in sweet potatoes, carrots, a lot of orange foods).

I just picked up some myself to put in a homemade breakfast cereal recipe momma vista shared, so I'm glad I looked this up. :)

Thanks for the post and the link.

My only issue with the vitamin A is that I took Accutane and I want/need to be careful.
