A month ago, I was diagnosed with acne + PF on my chest and my back. Derm prescribed me 2.5% selenium sulifide shampoo to put on my skin for 10 minutes. It works and now my back and my chest is cleared up. The only thing that bothers me is the drying effect. Derm told me to put it on twice a day, but selenium sulfide dries my skin, so I only use it once a day. A week ago, I bought cetaphil gentle skin cleanser for all skin types. It says that it can be used for face & body (Actually, I bought it to use as facial wash, but I changed my mind). What I really want to ask is: Can I use cetaphil gentle skin cleanser for body wash? Has anyone ever tried?

P.S. I'm worried the so called cleanser for sensitive skin, because I've tried Sebamed (German made pH soap for sensitive skin) and it was really drying. My skin turned reddish after I used Sebamed.
