Hi all!

I just starting an accutane regimen a week or so ago to deal with cystic acne on my jaw line, and bad chest and upperarm body acne (21 year old male). Unfortunately, I have very sensitive skin. This is usually not that big of deal, but on accutane it is.

Although I'd appreciate general moisturizing tips, my main concern in razor burn on my neck. My whole neck gets red and puffy for a few days, then it's time to shave again. I've never had much of an issue before, but now my skin is so dried out it doesn't heal. It's almost as embarassing as my acne was/is.

Does anyone else have this problem? I've tried the Aquaphor lotion that I got at the dermatologist's and haven't seen much improvement...


Also, dandruff seems to be building up. I'm sure this has been brought up on these boards before, but any recommendations for a dandruff shampoo?

try laroche posay-effaclar m. its a moisturizer but its in french in my body. anyways, this and avene clean-ac are great to keep your skin hydrated when dry. goodluck!
