I posted a topic in about November when I was having a strange mini breakout. Well I've had this breakout for about 1.5 weeks now...red pimples that will not go away!

I'm tying it to either my new cleanser my mom got me from Trader Joes..I made sure to check the ingridients and it seemed to check out ok. And also I changed oil cleansing at night with Jojoba instead of EVOO since I have oily skin.

I elimated the face wash from T.J and sticking with the jojoba to see if this breakout fades. My skin is peeling like crazy though! It's like the feeling where you put Elmer's Glue and then when it dries you peel it off in layers. That's what's kinda happening! Posted Image Idk what to do.

Skincare routine:

Cleasne with oatmeal (currently searching for new wash)
Tone with ACV + green tea toner (DIY)
Moisturize with CERAVE

NIGHT TIME
Oil cleanse with jojoba
Tone with ACV + green tea toner (DIY)
Apply Retin-A (lately I've been doing it every other night because of the irritation)
Moisturize 20 mins later if needed
Apply spot treatment (if I feel it's not too irritated)

Help? Posted Image

Have you changed anything in your diet recently? Started eating something you don't normally have? That would be my best guess if you were clear for a while and then started breaking out again. If I eat bread I get 5 pimples the next day! Sugar and dairy are also a big contributing factors, but everyone is different too. Your regimen sounds great so I wouldn't think it is something you are doing topically. I would think it is something internal like diet, stress or sleep patterns. Also, when did you start the Retin-A? Because I know with that there is definitely an initial breakout stage.

Could be anything, really. A drink/food you didn't be careful of...
Do you exercise? If you do, run for 20-40 minutes a day. sweat. shower immediately after. It's what I do, and is by far the easiest way (that works for me) of getting rid of annoying breakouts.

Exfoliating, etc. helps too, but running does wonders for me.

EDIT: Could be a hormonal thing or stress!

Agreed, back in high school, the semesters i played sports and ran daily my skin was always clearer than the semesters i did not play a sport.

I try to run as often as I can, 20 min every other day, but so busy w. work and school that this is just not always possible...

You have a hormonal imbalance that gives you acne and probably a disorder in your bowel movement.

Don't waste your money and time just try go back to nature. Eat healthy food and sleep early and more importantly stay away from food that contain "Monosodium Glutamate".

Good luck
