welcome to the org! you will definately find a TON of stuff the search bar is very useful and i usually like to go to google and type exactly what im looking for then type acne.org behind it. ie: Fading Redmarks acne.org-more search results from this website

i find it tends to help the search out alot more! good luck! happy hunting!
