So hi my name is Deta and I'm 18 years old.
I have been struggling with moderate acne since I was about 12. I have gotten used to having to worry about what my skin looks like and what ppl think of me and my skin. I try not to be insecure about it but its hard. And i know there is more ppl out there like me and I can't wait to meet them!

I guess ill give you a brief synopsis of my acne journey lol. Well started going to a derm at about 12. Tried all the topicals.....never helped. When I was in middle school and my first year of high school my acne wasn't too bad just mild but I always had a new zit. Even took some oral medications....bactrim was the only one that sorta kinda helped. Took my first cycle of accutane my sophomore year and boy that sucked....the results were amazing but during was awful....I will post on that later. My awesome results lasted about six months and then acne slowly started creeping up again. I am a senior now and on my second course.....not that bad so far....I think I knew what to expect so I'm doing great! My skin is great too....a little dry and dull but its better than last cycle. I will be done in march.

Well I want to continue to post on my total accutane journey.....my tips for accutane....self esteem....and much more!! I plan to be the real deal....no stupid nonsense that won't ever work. So I'm new and guna help everyone kick acne's butt! I hope yall will keep reading!
