you can eat meat and tons of fruit/vegetables too. There's a forum called '30 bananas per day', im surprised by the good results. Anyways, you could try it :P you got nothing to loose ;)

I disagree that fruit in high amounts isn't beneficial. But you have to really, really change your diet and lifestyle for it to be so. I've seen the results the 30 banana a day people get... and they are good. But I really just don't want to eat that way so I settle for a moderate amount of fruit and greater amounts of fat and green vegetables.

But if you look into the 30 banana diet, it does make sense.

I use more often fruits natural juices to add sweet taste to my green smoothie

You can buy bags of fructose just like you can buy bags of sugar[Sucrose].

Get some, replace all "sugar" that you can with it and see what happens.
