So, I started the regimen 4 days ago, which was January 10th, and since then the lower half of my face is really over dried and flaky. If you drew a vertical line right on the middle of my face, the lower half is really over dried and flaky and for some weird reason, the upper half is totally fine and not over dried at all! Even after putting on the treatment and the moisturizer, the lower half is still dry and flaky. I even have to put on some extra Cetaphil face moisturizer just to get rid of the over dryness and flakiness (btw, is it ok to use Cetaphil face moisturizer while I'm on the regimen?) I don't know if I'm doing something wrong. I always follow the regimen as it is. I always wait 5-10 minutes to put on the treatment after moisturizing. And I always put on the right amount of cleanser, treatment and moisturizer. Anyone help? What am I doing wrong?

What you are doing wrong is overreacting after only 4 days on the regimen... Lol give it time and relax. Your skin needs to adjust. For example, when I started, for the first 4-6 weeks, my forehead was WAY dry, but my lower face wasn't as bad. It will even out as your skin gets used to the regimen. You can expect dryness and flakiness, whether it is all over, or just half your face, for the first couple months, then it will subside slowly. Be patient and good luck.

That's pretty normal the first few weeks or months. Just make sure you're not using too much BP to start out with, just get enough to make an extremely thin layer across your face. You may not even need to do that at the start as you can just get areas you may have missed at night. You can also try some Jojoba oil to help with the dryness.

The reason why, I would think, is because the botton half of your face is always mooving, when you talk, when you eat, when I first started the regime, my top of lip area, chin, and left and right of my lips where extremely flakey, even with use of a LOT of mousteriser.
I take it that you and most people actually try and aviod to frown, because it feels tight am I right? But you can'y help mooving the bottom half.
Theres nothing you can do in my opinion, apart from mousterise with jojoba oil, try some AHA, and try removing the flakes with this guide

Guys, I think I discovered why the lower half is over dried and flaky. As I mentioned on this post, I used Cetaphil face moisturizer. The thing is, before I used the regimen, I used to use the Cetaphil to moisturize my face. I used it on the lower half on my face only, so this is why probably the lower is really over dried and flaky. So maybe, the regimen is fighting with the Cetaphil or something, LOL. But will the over dryness and flakiness go away eventually?

giean360 - Interestingly, I also started DKR on 10th of January and I also have extremely dry and flaky lower half of my face. I have never used the moisturiser before and I am putting it on the whole face during DKR. So the moisturiser is not a problem.
I have one question for everyone: Does flakiness helps with fading red marks from old acne?
