Glad to have found a "support forum." Already have found some golden nuggets of advice and think it was bad move to purchase soy milk last week; probably spurred on latest breakout.

Since going off pill I seem to break out when I ovulate now!!! I thought women were supposed to feel sexy when they ovulated, what the heck is this?? I always seem to have at least one big nasty one somewhere on my face and blackheads everywhere. At 37 I now have wrinkles and have to deal with acne too UGH.

At least I'm not alone huh?

you're really not alone at all, so many people of different ages, different walks of life suffer. I dont know much about ovulating but there is plenty of support for acne. x
