Say a person develops a lipoma on her face. A lipoma is a fatty benign growth. Can that removed lipoma fat tissue be transferred to fill acne scars that they have?

Apparently it was how it's normally done, the doctor performed subcision first, then injected fat underneath, the doctor promised 5 years of result(I think).
I just tried to search for the post, but can't seem to find it. It was done in Toronto by doctor Jain if you wanna search for it yourself.
