Hello, I am a female 24 years old and last year I recently was diagnosed with Rosacea and scalp psiorisis. It is really hard to deal with this but I guess I have to, its not curable. =(
I always get itchy itchy extremely itchy pimples I don't really know if you call them pimples, all over my chin neck and neckline. I am so irritated, I have tried moisturizer, ACV, Baking Soda, oils, it is just itchy. I know the heat has a lot to do with it. But they do not go away. It hurts so bad, I can't stand the itch. I really try not to itch but sometimes I catch myself and try to stop itching. I do not think they are pimples, they do not look like pimples of puss or any sort. They are just bumps.
Any help would be kindly appreciated!! Thank you .

Maybe it's fungal folliculitis? That's characterized by lots of little bumps that itch so maybe it's that.

I think treating it has something to do with taking some anti-fungal pill or using an anti-fungal topical cream or something, but I'm not sure. If you have a dermatologist, though, they'd probably know exactly how to cure it!

It sounds like you might have fungal folliculitis (pityrosporum folliculitis). You need a biopsy to confirm. Mine started on my neck almost a year ago and when I washed with BP it got worse. Antibiotics had no change so they did a punch biopsy. I'm now on Ketonconazole 2% twice a day and using Head and Shoulders Classic once a week as a body wash (lather and leave on 5 minutes). It's very itchy and scratching them makes it worse. Worst case they give you oral anti fungal meds which are effective but could cause liver damage. I stayed away from oral meds but my folliculitis is starting to finally resolve.
