Hi everyone. I just started the regimen today and I have a question. I'm a physically active guy who likes to play sports and workout so my main problem is the excessive amount of sweat on my face. Will the sweating on my face be a huge problem during the regimen process? I always think that the sweat on my face produces dirt which leads to pimples and when I wipe it off with my hand or a towel. Is there a certain technique to clean the sweat off of your face while being physically active? Any advice?

Honestly sweat during a workout is not a big deal and wont cause pimples, but after the workout you have to take a shower to get all the dirt and toxins off. If you do feel the compulsion to wipe your sweat off, then pat your face. This wont cause nearly as much irritation as wiping. Good luck and enjoy your workouts :)

I still go to school so when I have gym I tend to sweat when we do something active. So I can't shower. I just dab a wet paper towel and jsut gently dab it on where I sweat. Use a different one for each different part of your face to avoid spreading the sweat and stuff. I would say splash some water on your face then use a towel to dry but that can be hard to do at school sometimes.

when i use the treadmill, i take like 10 sheets of paper towels with me to the machine. As I am running on the treadmill, I dab my sweat off with the sheets of paper towels as I run. Also, you can use towels to save paper towels.

Sweating doesn't cause acne, it's the increase in testosterone that will cause acne after the gym. And acne isn't caused by being dirty, you can rub as much dirt on your face as you want and it won't cause acne. Face washes and soap actually make your skin more suseptable to bacteria, because it strips away the protective oils you have on your skin.

I personally only use water and don't shower after I sweat, and it doesn't cause acne..my acne still got clear while I was sweating alot and not showering.

I suggest washing your face with a gentle cleanser afterwards. Washing your face three times a day will not aggravate your acne if you are using a gentle cleanser, like Purpose or Eucerin. Then apply your oil-free moisturizer/sunscreen. I don't know how other people work out, but if I didn't shower afterwards, I wouldn't want to be next to myself.

As long as you wash your face well afterwards, you shouldn't have any problems.
I often find that after working out that my skin looks better than it did before, which I didn't expect.
One thing I would say is although you may want to wipe sweat off while exercising with a towel or whatever, just leaving it is normally the best option, the less you touch it, the less you will aggravate it further.
